To request registry support, you may either use our online ordering service and pay and complete your paperwork online, or you many print, complete and send in the appropriate form with your check or money order made payable to NDGA.

Go to this page if you wish to submit your paperwork and pay for your transaction using a check and form that you mail into the NDGA office.

If registering animals that either are a transfer, require a breeding memo or out of AGS registered parents, please send paperwork to the NDGA office. These require original paperwork in order to process them, they will not be processed online. If filling out registration form and the NDGA registration numbers are not available to you, please contact the NDGA office.

To pay and file your paperwork online, follow the easy 2-step process below. Note: you will need a Paypal account to pay for your request if you use our online ordering forms.

Click on the appropriate form link from the list below to complete your registration online and submit. You will then be guided through the online payment processs using paypal. If you would like PDF versions of the forms, please click the appropriate links on the left column of this page.

Pay for your transaction using your Paypal account, which allows you to pay by credit card, debit card or bank draft. If you do not already have a Paypal account, it's easy to set one up.

Note: Transfers cannot be completed online. We require the signature of the current owner.
Breeding Memorandum *

*A breeding memo is obtained from the owner of the buck in order to register offspring. If you own the sire of the offspring you intend to register, you will not need a breeding memo.
